Breed Description:
IF there was such a thing as a "Miniature Collie", that would be a Sheltie. A Sheltie is actually a "Shetland Sheepdog" which is it's own breed. Shelties can range in size from 12 inches tall to 21 inches tall. The breed standard calls for Shelties to be 13-16 inches tall.....but many fall outside that range.

We do not take mixed breed dogs.
We do take and treat sick or injured dogs.
We do take special needs Shelties.
We do not PLACE biters. We will take and evaluate a dog and rehab if possible. If dog is deemed "dangerous" we will not place it.
