Breed Description:

The hairless variety is easy for anyone to identify - it has hair on the head, feet and tail only. The Powderpuff variety has a thick double coat and may be confused with a Poodle or mixed breed dog. The skin is delicate and often speckled. The muzzle is elongated.

Wisconsin Chihuahua Rescue, Inc. is a shelter support group and we rarely owner surrenders. We specialize in older and hospice care dogs. No biters will be taken.
