Breed Description:
Fine Feathered Friends Sanctuary will take in, care for, have vet checked any exotic bird species. Parrots are not domesticated animals like dogs and cats but have become popular as pets and for many reasons find themselves looking for new homes. We work with them and try to find them permanent homes with people knowledgeable in their habits and needs to eliminate them being re-homed again.

DESCRIBE HOUSING USED FOR RESCUES:
We use large cages, the birds are out of their cages on play stands and gyms when we are there, lots of attention and healthy food.
