Breed Description:

A border collie can be 25-65 lbs. The coat can be rough (long), semi rough, or smooth (short). Colors can be black and white, white, red &white, tri-color, liver, blue merle, red merle, yellow. Freckling on mizzule and legs are common. Eyes can be amber to dark brown, and sometimes blue. Ears are pricked, semi-pricked or dropped. Tails in some regions may be docked.
